About Me
I’m Rachel Simring, though I am affectionately known by thousands of families around Denver as “Señorita S.” Prior to doing real estate, I owned and operated a business teaching Spanish to elementary school students throughout the city. My family and I live in Wash Park and my two children attend Denver Public Schools. My familiarity with the area enables me to help families find homes in amazing neighborhoods that align with their needs.
I have lived in Denver since 1999 and have been part of the music scene for over twenty-five years. I have performed at many venues and festivals, giving me further insight into the people and culture of our community.

SRES – Seniors Real Estate Specialist: A designation giving REALTORS® knowledge and expertise to guide homebuyers and sellers over the age of 50 through major financial and lifestyle transitions.
ABR – Accredited Buyer Representative: A designation for buyer agents who focus on working directly with buyer-clients at every stage of the home buying process. For home buyers, there is no better REALTOR® than one with an ABR accreditation.
CME – Certified Market Expert: A designation for REALTORS® to learn best practices on how to research, gather and use in-depth neighborhood information for buyers and sellers.
RENE – Real Estate Negotiation Expert: A designation to sharpen negotiation skills of REALTORS®. This certification teaches the tips and tools needed for buying and selling agents to be skillful advocates for their clients.
GRI – Graduate Realtor Institute: A designation for REALTORS® to gain in-depth training in legal and regulatory issues, technology, professional standards and the sales process. The GRI program is similar to that of graduate school, but specifically for REALTORS®.
