ABOUT ME
¡Hola! I’m Rachel Simring, though I am affectionately known by thousands of families around Denver as “Señorita S.” Prior to doing real estate, I owned and operated a business teaching Spanish to elementary school students throughout the city. My husband and I also have two children who attend Denver Public Schools. My familiarity with the area enables me to help families find homes in amazing neighborhoods that align with their needs.
I have lived in Denver since 1999 and have been part of the music scene for over twenty years. As a singer-songwriter and guitar player, I have performed at many venues and festivals, giving me insight into the people and culture of our community.
In March of 2022, I was asked to join the prestigious Team 5280 City Living. A group of five (now six) top Realtors, 5280 City Living agents know how to counsel clients, solve problems and get to the closing table. They have a loyal following of clients, a reputation for professionalism, and collaborative dealings within the industry. In 2021 alone, the team closed 92 transactions last year with a volume of over $58 million. I am honored to be part this group of expert Realtors and share the fruits of our collaboration efforts with my clients.
In 2021, I became a Certified Market Expert (CME) and, in 2022, I got my Real Estate Negotiation Expert (RENE) designation. I am continually honing my craft and learning all the ways in which I can better serve my clients.
